I did the opposite recently (move from Bell to Vidéotron), because there is no true "pick 20" with Bell. So to get all the channels you listed, you will need at least 6 theme packs : 31 $. Also, you cannot pick & pay Moviepix, you MUST take the TMN bundle to get it (19 $). So you are looking at least at a $100 bill if you want to get at least the channels you listed.
