[Modding] how2 internal USB to external USB port

Need to find a converter to convert internal USB connector to external USB connector.
Basically I want to use one of those 3.5 inch bay card readers in a PC that does not have onboard USB.

When looking at this picture think of the total reversal

If what you need is an internal USB connecter and you have an available PCI slot you could use one of these.

@sbcglobal.net		 what I want to do is have 3.5 inch FFD bay size multicard reader with front USB port to install into empty mac mini case to have a stackable set.
card reader, front user port, usb hub, and time machine HD.

Carrollton, TX		 I use frontx.com for this kind of stuff. They're not cheap and in Malaysia but they ship fast and the stuff works great.
