This is not a "lets configure" Mikrotik. You can learn Mikrotik and its configuration at »www.onlinemikrotiktraining.com. But for people who do not know anything about RouterOS, and/or Mikrotik, that is what this is for. If your techs want to know what it is, why to use it, etc, then that is good as we are going to talk about features, what it is capable of doing etc.
