anon : On 6/26 I noticed that I couldn't connect to internet with Telus. I did the Telus healthcheck scan and it said that my IP address had somehow been dropped. They fixed it and my internet connection was fine. I also have a vacation rental suite in the same building that I live in and I got a call fm the guests the next morning saying that they also couldn't connect to internet in their suite. Thinking it was the same problem I went down and ran the healthcheckscan, but that didn't work. So I called the telus tech number and they ran some ping tests but couldn't resolve the problem. so now I am waiting on telus to phone me back once they figure it out.
Any ideas, as I know with telus I will hv to keep hounding them to get the problem fixed.
