yeah i just called time warner and they said it was a time warner area. Aww shuck i was hope to get optimum since their price and speed was the cheapest and fastest. I guess i've give them another call to see what they do about it.
edit: i gave cablevision another call and no luck i guess i'm stuck with dsl till fios reach my area =(
