1 edit | [TWC] SoCal Latency Issues My internet connection has been terrible that past few weeks. I've called customer support several times and basically don't get any help at all. I honestly do not know what to do anymore. I can't get Verizon FIOS.. I can't get DSL.. TWC is basically my only option for broadband internet and they are totally screwing me to the tune of $50/month.

| Pretty much everywhere. It started on Sunday and hasn't let up since. I'm in Arcadia, CA. I was told by tech support there was an outage somewhere in SoCal... but I'm not sure if anyone else is having problems? It is getting worse...

I have RR in West Hollywood and I've been experiencing trouble all day today. I can't get to a bunch of sites, however it is on and off. So one moment I can refresh Youtube for example and the next I can't. |
