That's wonderful, but those caps are still a deal killer. Their offer to sell you more bandwidth in 40GB chunks for $20 a pop doesn't help.
At least it can still be used as yet more proof that the $8/GB in Videotron's TPIA and $1.25/GB from Bell's UBB GAS R&V are completely unreasonable from a retail perspective, even worse so for wholesale.

So what?

Still serves as one more proof that Bell's $1.25/GB UBB-GAS and Videotron's $8/GB on TPIA are disproportionate.

Im beginning to think that truely we ARE the 5% of users who know what the hell were doing, and in such no wonder why we're being throttled.. Since were such a small percentage of the subscribers, who cares about us? Who cares that a company is advertising 60/10 50/10 20/2... Only people that check e-mail and play web-based RPG's are going to sign up - for $150 + month - not us advanced users.

Who in the right mind would sign up for even a 20/1 tier with even a 150 gig cap?! What the HELL is the point in that with a cap like that.. Not to mention the overage charges seriously im going insane thinking about it.
