2 edits | Paid for Elite but I got worse than Pro I just upgraded to Elite plan from Pro plan last month. The connection is constantly dropped.
I ran the dsl test line from this site, here is the result:

My modem/router was the original one from AT&T: 2701HG-B Gateway
I tried speedtest.net, here is the result:

I just get so frustrated with the service. I tried to call AT&T technical support many times and they could not provide much help!

Round Rock, TX | Re: Paid for Elite but I got worst than Pro It looks to me like you are getting lots of errors. Let's see if we can determine if it's AT&T's wires or yours that is the problem. How about moving the modem out to the NID and retest. | |

There is no phone plugged to the other slots. There is no DSL filter to the phone line. | |
