Paid for Elite but I got worse than Pro

I just upgraded to Elite plan from Pro plan last month. The connection is constantly dropped.
I ran the dsl test line from this site, here is the result:

My modem/router was the original one from AT&T: 2701HG-B Gateway

I tried speedtest.net, here is the result:

I just get so frustrated with the service. I tried to call AT&T technical support many times and they could not provide much help!

Please help!

How about posting the statistics from your modem. It appears that you are having line issues and maybe we can help you determine what they are.

It looks to me like you are getting lots of errors. Let's see if we can determine if it's AT&T's wires or yours that is the problem. How about moving the modem out to the NID and retest.

The modem connects directly to the main line and that's it, no phone.

There is no phone plugged to the other slots. There is no DSL filter to the phone line.
