<description><![CDATA[dslx_gm posted : Thanks for sending over your contact information.  It looks like the due date for your upgrade to the 1500-3000/384-512 package was slated for today.  For approximately the first ten business days you are on that package the line on the AT&T side will go through an automatic ramp up process.  Your line will initially be provisioned at the 1984/512 speed tier and over the course of the ramp up, go to the highest tier it can hold without losing sync.
