And in my small defense, what arch said. Also thought lineage was the jester for sure, cause I would never tell people i was the survivor if i wanted any shot at living till the end. |

| reply to Rook008 said by Rook008 :Didn't we go back and Vote to Lynch the same people twice? So we had more Night phases, with no information coming from the Nights with Pardons. Blah blah. I'm sick, leave me alone. The mafia killed themselves off. (We targeted chlen the first night and I think the mafia just randomed themselves for a few others).
Also, it's akin to a no-lynch, which many people were supporting at the time. The night roles got quite a bit of information. Even though it didn't help a whole ton right off the bat, it allowed them to snag up that information and build up a base. Rook(I think it was rook), having a few extra nights, was able to nail me with his night findings. Zandra also nailed Rocky as guilty, being that she was able to investigate a few times more.

In hindset, it worked against us as mafia. You would have had more dead and you all would have had less night phases. The gov saved two other townies from dying. -- 'A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have.' -Thomas Jefferson -

| reply to Archivis The Governor is one of those roles best used sparingly.
It's to prevent one of those "oh shit, you lynched me without letting me defend myself and I'm the doc" moments, versus going against the town's will. -- Come play Mafia! | My Picture Blog |

| reply to drew Oh, ok. I still hate the Role , but your explanation seems reasonable. Piece of advice for future Governors: Day 1 is probably not the right time to Pardon someone. Otherwise, feel free to Pardon me, I won't be upset. -- "Every normal man must be tempted at times to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin to slit throats." - H. L. Mencken
