thanks for the suggestion. on a bedroom set top box, i mashed the power button until it power cycled (with multi-colors flashing on unit). after the picture eventually came back, the year information was still "not" there
another friend in dallas, like a poster above from california, has reported the same issue so if there is any harder kind of re-set, i'm not going to bother for now. i'll hope and pray this is just some sort of software glitch and at&t's gurus will get it corrected before it gets too irritating! |

| I'm getting the same issue, no year info for most programming. Tried a power cycle (left it unplugged for a minute last night, when I was having a separate issue), and the year info still wasn't present. I'm guessing it's a temporary glitch related to the Phase 2 rollout, hopefully will be resolved soon! |
