join:2007-07-22		 VDN already only serves a very restricted area around Atwater. This is a new service, they don't even offer there yet. I doubt it will be available much of anywhere.

Montreal, QC		 They are serving MDUs mostly. Yes, they've been bought out by Bell but it seems they remained "independant".
