Re: DOCSIS 3.0 Available in Lakewood, CO + some other areas I don't work in business services so I don't know about 50/10 but I do know that 22/5 is available widespread throughout business services now. Maybe try calling them tomorrow and trying 50/10 again?

As with Cjaiceman, I experienced a nightmare today of "tech support" from hell. Two tier 1 people and one tier 2 all said that I wasn't allowed to have my own modem for business class and that because my modem (SB6120) was "so slow" that it couldn't support anything more than 6/1...After an hour and a half of that I hung up on them and posted here on the private forum. I'm sure it will be fixed tomorrow by ComcastSteve...
So for now I'm stuck on 6/1 residential - That must be Comcast's fallback when nothing is working... |

| Theoretically, when they get his connection working correctly it should test something close to mine:
We aren't that far from each other, so it should be pretty close, they are just having a hard time getting his SB6120 running correctly.
