Re: DCCNET/EASLINK - Packet loss/stutter?  Is your router running Tomato firmware? Best to ping your WAN gateway when you have problems. I suspect you are suffering from "connection surges" which use up all your router's memory. In this context, "connection" means NAT-SPI-connection-tracking.
Learn to find your router's log, and your modem's log. (Holler if you need help.)
