[SWX] Heavy Rain Cells in the Gulf East Of Panama City

I saw a nice little burst of convection in the Gulf just east of Panama City heading to the East Towards Dixie County Fl. If these cells hold together it could get really wet. Tallahassee radar is showing them as dropping 4-7" in a single pass of about 2 hours. Giving a one hour rainfall rate if about 3". »www.srh.noaa.gov/ridge/radar.php···&loop=no
it doesn't look like much wind in it at all just some HEAVY rain.

As a quick follow up, that little storm made it all the way to the East coast of Fla by 0820, where it dropped 1" of rain in 20mins. total received at my house was 2.54". After that it shifted South

The moisture is from that low that came up from Cuba and then was sent east by the trade winds and the high over the south.
