Another option is to build a Windows Home Server out of an old PC. I have one running under my desk made from an old desktop I retired.

You can get a free 120 day trial version from MSFT. If you decide to purchase a licensed copy later you simply do a server reinstall which upgrades the OS to the paid version and keeps your data file in place.
