| The installer's supervisor called yesterday morning to see how everything was running. She explained the problem and he came over in the afternoon.
Ultimately found out that the problem was with the McAfee firewall on the host computer. The other computer has NIS. For some reason it's not playing nice with the RG LAN. Disabling the software firewall solves the problem.
We checked all of the settings in the firewall and agreed that it should be letting the traffic pass through but it just won't.
Anybody with McAfee have any similar compatibility issues with the RG? |

| That's what I thought at first too. But even after we made sure it was in the trusted network it still didn't work.
To be honest it doesn't really matter as the subscription has expired and she will replace it with something else. It's just odd that they won't work together.
