Too bad

No big deal to me, but it's still unfortunate that they got screwed over in court.

Yeah, while all the media were focused on the Pirate Bay, 100 other websites were being developed to take it's place if it was to go down.

You really have to wonder if trying to stamp out file sharing is like trying to tax breathing.

Never going to work for them.

Even still, when TPB goes down, likely half of all torrents will go with it. Of course, you know what they say: Cut off one head, 9 grow in its place.

Yea its no big deal too me too but I feel bad for the owners getting screwed in court. I think now TPB will loose many visitors with the owners. I don't think I'll be using it much anymore really if they decide to introduce this new lame "models" which will help copyright owners get paid. That must mean that there will be a membership fee.

That already passed the House Friday 219-212.

It's more like trying to stomp cockroaches.

Beginning of the end for TPB. Well the BS court case was, anyway. This just proves it.
