Box resets on Channel 734

Has anyone else noticed this problem. It has happened to both my 8300 and 4250 boxes multiple times. This is an interesting problem. If I go to TCM, channel 734, and use the cursor buttons to check what it coming on in the future, (not the Guide) the boxes reset. They freeze and then do a complete reboot. It only happens on this new channel, and only with the cursor buttons when looking at future programs. It happened on my 4250 and I didn't think much about it. Then it happened two times on my 8300 DVR. Has anyone else seen this problem. I contacted Cablevision just to tell them about the problem.
