Once you have your game figured out, I suggest putting it up for sign ups regardless of what other games are going on. That at least gets it in line and also allows extra time for players to join in.

Sure. I think people would play again. I'd take the advisement of adding different types of puzzles, but that may prove too difficult or time consuming to create.

To be honest, I just focus on the topic for a while and they come to me.
That's what happened last game. I always do things on the fly. When I originally decided on the first game, I didn't have a fucking clue what I was going to do, I just wanted it to be different.
I had it all done the next day.

Get to drafting. One of the ideas after the last game were to use acronyms as well as other puzzles for those not so hot at acronyms.
