Another way that will probably work is to set the box to native output, that way it outputs the SD channels at 480i, in which your TV will 99.9% likely automatically adjust the overscan settings.

The way I corrected this on my projector was to adjust the overscan setting, which basically removed a line of pixels. A lot of tv's do this automatically, but some of the newer tv's allow you to turn the feature off. I think it's called 1:1 or something like that. Basically, it allows you to see all the pixels when watching a blu-ray or other 1080P source. You may be able to adjust this setting.

Anonymous Coward @uiowa.edu	reply to hawkeye_wx Look for an "Aspect" or "Zoom" button on the remote for the box. Push the button to see if that clears the line. I had the same problem with my new Pace box (DC700X) on my HDTV and changing the Aspect made the line go away.
