I ran into this problem too when watching analog channels on my projector. i think these lines are actually suppose to be there. The way I corrected this on my projector was to adjust the overscan setting, which basically removed a line of pixels. A lot of tv's do this automatically, but some of the newer tv's allow you to turn the feature off. I think it's called 1:1 or something like that. Basically, it allows you to see all the pixels when watching a blu-ray or other 1080P source. Push the button to see if that clears the line.
