Umm The weather it's hot from Feb-Nov. That is one thing i don't miss that's for sure. other then that it's great.

 Oh, it also gets quite windy at times. (See Hurricane Ike for details.)

The temperatures only tell part of the story - it's also quite humid. We lived down close to NASA for several years and used to laugh about the weather being 95/95 - 95 degrees w/ 95% humidity
