Re: Dead net and cable About 10 min. ago they told me it might be my box, I asked "both of them?" they said Surge perhaps, I said at the same time as net, she said if not working in 24 hours call back, very nice help or yes plus after each sentence she repeted "Is they any other way I can help you to day" At that point I gave up as I would have lost my temper, so here I sit, if I take both boxs back then it will be calls to get auth. and they will say it is down and try in 24 hours, so I will wait but they do suck big time on any service.
