I find that extremely hard to believe. "Well, this house is missing a roof and is in the middle of the ghetto, but by golly it has fiber! I'll take it!!!!1111111" I believe that they are referring to amenities not necessities in this study. |

What other "amenities" come with a house? Communitys with pools and tennis courts i can see, but those are usually paid for with HOA fees. |
