Re: Dead net and cable ok all fixed so not to bad, I have to stop calling them it just pisses me off and it appears to not help, they fix it when they fix it.

Bruce this is my experience when calling in to Time Warner tech support as well. Now, I just grab my netbook and get a coffee at Wegmans cafe where they have free wifi.
