And it could probably almost be guaranteed that if he got to the correct dispatch center all he had to tell them is that he was at Michael's house and I am sure they would know the location. At least enough to know what fire station and ambulance to dispatch. Plus you know the police know the address..
And somehow the doctor managed to get there--I mean even if he didn't remember the house number, he certainly knew the general vicinity...
