Actually, a 'ZZZ' rating ! ...Which itself could be interpreted 2 ways : Either as a 'Triple Z' rating, Or, by recognizing 'ZZZ' as being a snoring sound, implying that Bell is frequently ''Asleep at the SWITCH !'' (Uh-Oh, Bonus Pun Alert !)
