They apparently gave you a small credit, had you called in about phone issues, I know from experience that they will compensate you for lost of service if there is an issue (..and you ask )?

You should try to renegotiate your rate plan. I pay 24.36 (before taxes) for 5 calling features + unlimited long distance calling within Quebec and no contract. (I got this rate because Bell gave me a $15/month credit as I came back from a competitor, and I also have a $5 discount on home phone because I have more than 1 service with them).

No, if you look closely the actual rate plan decreased.

Bell actually breaks out their Call Display costs between name and number? Can you get just the "name option" and save $6.95?

Didn't think so.

And don't get me started on the Touch Tone fee. They should eliminate it and charge people who still use pulse dialing.
