They apparently gave you a small credit, had you called in about phone issues, I know from experience that they will compensate you for lost of service if there is an issue (..and you ask )? |

3 edits | reply to BryceS You should try to renegotiate your rate plan. I pay 24.36 (before taxes) for 5 calling features + unlimited long distance calling within Quebec and no contract. (I got this rate because Bell gave me a $15/month credit as I came back from a competitor, and I also have a $5 discount on home phone because I have more than 1 service with them). |
