[iO] 2 Io boxs rolling "r"s in audio is it a system wide problem

We have 2 4250HD boxes. Audio sometimes fluctuates with "rolling"
and "echoes". Noticed greatly on 734 "TMC HD" new channel and less often on 738 USA HD.

Audio setup is thru HDMI into flat screen TV's.

Am I looking at a local or system wide problem? I only noticed this happening for the last 4 days.
