Asking for retention or hitting whatever number it is to make a change/cancel your service gets you an American and the few times I've had to go that route they've always been nice to deal with. They'll even make sure the truck that pulls up says Charter and not some off the wall sub. GL.
That seems to be typical of all companies. To get you to sign up or not cancel you get an American. If your a customer your not important and get a foreigner. |
