dMarks : Not sure if it will help solve your issue or not, but I had problems with certain websites not loading at one time. The only way I could fix it was to change my HA to a different server and everything worked fine. I'm back on the HA I was having problems with now, as it seems the issues have been resolved. Was just a short period of time where for some reason it didn't allow some sites to load.

This could probably also happen when trying to download from somewhere.
--
Windows XP Pro SP3 / Windows 7 64bit RC|AMD Phenom X3 8650|Asus M3N72-D Motherboard|4GB Patriot PC2-8500 1066MHz RAM|EVGA GeForce GTS 250 1GB Ram Superclock Edition
