I think you're right. I would have never guessed it, but it looks like my computer is to blame, weird.

Not sure if it will help solve your issue or not, but I had problems with certain websites not loading at one time. The only way I could fix it was to change my HA to a different server and everything worked fine. I'm back on the HA I was having problems with now, as it seems the issues have been resolved. Was just a short period of time where for some reason it didn't allow some sites to load.

This could probably also happen when trying to download from somewhere.
