Re: Netopia Model 3347-02 version 7.6.1r6 Are you trying to update the Modem? If not, then I don't know unless the firmware has corruption or a time update wizard has run. Have you tried a reset by checking what the steps are to reset the unit and not have it reset/load firmware?
If it is not any of the above, you would likely have to find a Netopia expert.
