Re: [AZ] Overloaded node in Green Valley?

this is ridiculous........i have had technicians come out and they could never find anything wrong. the connection speed is always fine during the day, but after 6pm or so i am lucky to get 4-5Mb. this has been going on for many months, the last technician i talked to told me that this was a known issue with an "overloaded" node and it would be fixed in 1 month time.
now it seems that the tech was just BSing me as Coxtech1 sees no issue with my node.

Ice,

I and others are experiencing the same thing in AZ and as of now Cox wants to do a truck roll to my home and "capture" the problem IF they can. If you have not contacted CoxTech1 via IM please do.

I think it might be helpful to post that iceprizm See Profile's problem is node related and efforts are under way to correct the issue. Your issue is not related to the issue he's having, your node checks out fine with regards to capacity/utilization.

as long as it is just not me. CoxTech1 has informed me:

"I've just been advised that upgrades are planned for on or about the evening of the 13th to add downstream capacity. We'll need to check then to see if there is any improvement."

hopefully this will fix my issue.

That's great ice... Hope it works as you expect. Glad to see there is at least hope for some progress.
