[IE] IE8 advertisements by Microsoft

Thought this was a bit interesting. I find some of these ads pretty amusing, but I still wouldn't use IE8. I think these types of ads were used a few years ago by some fast food chain restaurant like BK or McDs. I remember one in particular that included a few football players making appearances.

They are good and funny, but really sometimes I get a little concerned with just how 'hooked' into the internet we are becoming.

'The internet is an ant farm on acid', pretty well sums it up. I wouldn't mind something that feed information directly into my brain, but given most of the information on the internet is crap or otherwise just plain useless, I'd rather not feed the internet into my head.
