Netgear DG834GT and Smart wizard

Hi,

I have the above router, but in the Netgear Smart Wizard it shows 'Netgear 108Mbps Wireless PCI Adapter WG311T' in the adapter dropdown.

There are no other choices, and I am not getting internet connection, I get a connection error. I have also noticed it shows the word Singal next to the signal buttons!

How do I correct this. I admit I am pretty clueless about all of the networking/wireless area, so I need detaild guidance please.

Thanks

Bob
