OK, but I don't see any way to access this from within "My Connection". I have sent an email to Cox regarding this.

The only way I could get to it from the My Connections page, and there may be an easier way, is to go through the steps in the screen shots. Not real easy or apparent.

Before the change to "My Connection", getting to the Network Status was much easier.

Its easier, IMHO, to come to this forum and click on the status link as noted earlier by Rob. Of course that does not really help folks that don't know about this forum or DSLReports.com in general.
