you are still not syncing at full rate, which tells me that there is other line trouble. You need a tech out. IM embarq_joey your info.

At about 23.5K from CO, we're doing the best it can.

I'm surprised you can even get service ! Used to be they wouldn't go over 18K feet , PERIOD.

Your right Scooper and for several years I couldn't get service either.

About 1 1/2 ago Embarq installed some type of equipment that allowed an increase.

Maybe Embarq_Joey can explain

You got smart coils extended reach. It also helps the line if its on an adsl2+ card. It doesn't work or has lots of trouble if its on the 1st version of adsl.
