And as to having a 3G femtocell: Actually, you don't need a 3G femtocell in the house. Or a 2G for that matter. You only need a femtocell for voice access where coverage INSIDE the house is poor. Most smartphones now provide WiFi access and that is the way to get data in the house. Afterall, the femtocell needs a broadband connection and a router anyway to work.
