Re: Setup Fee too high. I canceled TV after 17 days - I did genuinely try it but it was missing too many locals compared to Comcast. I mainly ordered TV to avoid the $149 install charge.
I had no problem canceling TV in less than 30 days and no charges on the bill.
I also applied for both the $50 and $200 rebates as they showed up on the rewards website and have cashed both checks. I didn't think I would be eligible for the $200 since I had already canceled TV at that point, but had nothing to lose by trying.
I am still happy with U-verse Internet which is priced more reasonably than Comcast. |
