Sorry I took so long to answer. Had to go to the VA hospital. All she told me was that it said -welcome to Verizon. Click here to activate. I asked her if she was sure the address started with https, she said it did. She has Norton AV on her PC. I am going down there this afternoon(wed) to look at it. If it seems suspicious I'll verify the page with Verizon. It's just that I have never heard of this happening and she has been on Verizon dsl for the past four years with no lapse in service. If I can not figure it out, I'll take a pic of the screen and attach it. I'm on my laptop, not her pc. Either way I will reply so if I do figure out the problem it may help someone else. |
