Someone over on utalk posted that they had AT&T swap out the DVR with one of the newer, larger ones and this went away. It only seems to affect some TVs. My Panasonic TVs were connected via component and I never saw this once.

Yes, this is a known problem. If your TV will accept a 720p signal, you can change the STB to output 720p and this usually solves the problem (Cisco STB/1080i/some TVs).

I have tried both 720P and 1080i and the problem still persists. In my case that doesn't solve the problem.

I agree what was said earier.... why downgrade my viewing ability that what I pay for, due to know issues with STB hardware.
I guess I was hoping that this may have been solved by the latest upgrade.
