Yeah, but they are good. Ive been with them on shared or vps and stuff for quite some time now. Even when its my fault, they fix it, dont make you feel like an idiot, and let me vent when its thiers.
I tell people they seem large enough to run a good operation, but small enough where I can get the same guy on the phone a fair amount of time.
