I use IE8, Firefox and Chrome and all have an ability under Options to designate what folder you want downloads to save to. Now, I no longer have that choice. When I click the link, a window pops up with the option to save but it doesn't let me choose where to save. Everything goes to the desktop. How can I make it give me the option?]]></description>
