You assume the only reason he didn't go was because he didn't want it to drag out and cost "more". You should accept he may in fact have done it. Just like I accept he may not have. But when faced with the choice he decided to pay up, which im sorry does in no way point at being innocent.
Think about how stupid it sounds the way some are justifying it here.
Kobe didn't rape her, so he paid her to keep it out of court since she was lying. Basically because he is so tight on money hes trying to save it... Lets not forget the context that he is rich off his ass and even if it ended up costing him millions it wouldn't change much for him.
Zxt your right, nothing can change my opinion on it short of the girl coming out and saying she was lying about it all. Kobe did nothing to point to him being innocent.
