Re: [Availability] OK, now I am really mad on their website it stated they only offered 3.0 where i am at but when i called them to move my dsl service the guy on the phone stated they had 6.0 available and sure enough i get speeds above 6.0. the largest gain in 6 vs 3 for me were hd video services like netflix. and thats pretty much about it. Most download sites are caped at 200kb though I find about 1 out of 10 that support 800kb which is good. I live in a very small town with just over 10k and am able to get high speed. I live about 1/2 mile from downtown so maybe that has something to do with it. And I never had a problem with their customer service, no one had to come out or anything i just packed my modem to my new house and it started working instantly. |
