First off it's been my experience that Blizzard tech support does not understand the difference between packet loss and packet prioritization. You may want to educate yourself a little bit by reading this article »Cox HSI Forum FAQ »How is prioritizing any different from loss?. Also they seem to be quick to blame your ISP.
Secondly I would be interested in seeing what proof or evidence they have that we are throttling gaming packets.
Now if you want to send me or CoxTech1  a pm with your modems MAC address we'll happily look into things from our side. But it sounds like you are on a good first step by getting a tech out to check your side of things.
