Sometimes I'm surprised at just how unconnected Canada really is as its a great big place with really only a few pockets of population.

I have no insight into why this changed, but the impact this has had on game latency is negative (roughly doubled from 30-40 range to 60-80 range). I'm hoping someone from Shaw might be able to look into this?
