The WRT54GS is doing the bonding via MLPPP. The second router is there so i can do all the things i need to do like QOS and port forwarding and hopefully soon load balancing of both my WRT54GS routers (which will be bonded using MLPPP).
Thanks for the heads up about the subnet stuff. I am going to change that right now.
